Your order may also ship via Fed-Ex depending on time ordered and pick-up time by UPS and Fed-Ex. Prices, which depend on product weight and final destination, will be calculated after the shipping address has been entered. These options are available only to the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: UPS does not offer Ground service to these locations. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we offer Priority Mail as one of our shipping options. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day services are also available to both of these locations, if you require expedited service. Next Day Air orders are shipped the same day (Monday - Friday) if received before 2pm PST, the next business day if after 2pm PST. 2nd day air orderes are shipped the next business day. 3-day select orders are shipped within 2 business days. Ground and parcel-post orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. We make every effort to get your package shipped as soon as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California. Ground and Parcel-Post shipping times are 1-6 business days. International Shipping Orders We use the shipping calculator provided by UPS for International orders, however, your order may ship via Fed-Ex depending on pick-up time from our warehouse. A more price friendly "Parcel-Post" method is available to some countries. Please email our warehouse with any questions at orders@trademarkpromotions.com. Orders shipping outside the United States: Your country may charge Duties and/or Value Added Taxes (V.A.T.). These fees may be expensive (many times totaling more than the cost of the order). For this reason, we offer some international locations the following option -- shipping your order via Parcel Post Airmail. Airmail offers a service that usually costs less. The downside is that no tracking information is available and, in most cases, insurance is also not available. You, as the purchaser, assume all risks associated with this method, such as theft, loss, or damage. If you are willing to take this very small risk, this is a good shipping alternative. Please note that we require the cardholders birthdate in the checkout section for all International orders. This is designed to protect our customers and may be used to confirm with your bank. Cancellation and Return Policy Cancellation: Your order will be shipped unless we receive notice of cancellation before the order has been processed and shipped. Returns: We want you to be satisfied! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the SETI Gift Shop, just return it in new condition within 30 days after delivery for a prompt refund. Any handling and shipping charges will be refunded if your order was received damaged or defective.
